Do Work Son

I recently found myself on Yahoo Answers, poking around I figured let me put some of my unique knowledge and experience to work ;-).  First new question I came upon was this:
--------------------------------------------

Hello, I'm applying for a job with virgin trains but am stuck on the application form.?

Could someone please provide me with some decent answers to the following questions?

1. An example of when I have made a positive contribution to effective team working
2. An example of when I had to deal with a crisis
3. An example of when I have either exceeded a customer’s expectations or delighted a customer

I'm 29 and have a backgroung in retail, I feel stupiid for not being able to answer them, but i'm just no good with this sort of thing, thanks for any help xx

Yikes.... double yikes.  The fact a 29 year old needs help giving personal experiences which are as common place as these being asked scares the fudge out of me.

Dear Job Applicant, Hope this helps:

1) In 1991, along with my brother Nino, I started an urban supply outlet in conjunction with rejuvinating The Carter apartment complex.  I helped with the development of the materials processing plant and in human resources.  I took great pleasure in hiring a local youth, Pookie, who was a former stick-up kid and recovering drug addict.  While that hire eventually led to the end of that specific operation and the destruction of The Carter apartment building, I look at it as a lesson learned.

2) While I spent time as a dry cleaner, I faced much crisis.  One day after saving a police detective from an angry mob, we faced this issue,  a bomb was attached to a scale in a park.  Sitting on the lip of a fountain were 2 water jugs, a 5-gallon jug and a 3-gallon jug.  The timer on the bomb would stop if we placed a jug containing 4 gallons on the scale.  After some confusion this is how I figured it out.  Fill the 5-gallon jug.  Empty the 5-gallon jug into the 3-gallon jug, leaving 2 gallons.  Empty the 3-gallon jug.  Pout the 2 gallons in to the 3-gallon jug.  Fill the 5-gallon jug and use it to fill the 3-gallon jug.  That left 4 gallons in the 5-gallon jug.  Issue solved, bomb stopped, crisis dealt with.

3) After my second year of college I just was not feeling "it".  I voiced my concerns with my father and he explained that from that point on I would need to pay for school on my own.  That summer I was forced to take a job at "Senor Pizza" as a delivery driver.  On one such occasion while delivering a pizza with "extra anchovies" a female customer named Alex took a great deal of pleasure in my delivery techniques.  She quickly became a regular customer of Senor Pizza.  She passed the word around town with her many friends about the delivery services that I provided.  Besides the instance when my mother made an order, it was rather smooth and highly profitable.

Bonus points are available on this one folks.
