Grey Goo, it all started with my Robot.

I have this personality "feature", when I see something that I want I need to get it yesterday.  It consumes me, I must have it, now, no matter what, I want it, find it, buy it, get it, tire of it.

Yesterday, I stumbled upon a video on the youtube entitled "robot fight 2"

I took one look at that little red robot running around, doing "super fly jimmy snuka" type wrestling moves and I knew in my heart of hearts that I needed to get into Japanese Humanoid Robotic Wrestling.  Robots have always been a sort of passion of mine, a clandestine one spawned from the innocent beeps and whirls of R2D2.  You can imagine how betrayed I felt when I learned R2D2 was in fact NOT a real robot but really just a small insignificant man inside a trashcan with legs.  Did you enjoy lying to me you bastard????

What's even worse Star Wars robots is that I cared about you!  In Return of the Jedi when that little robot is being tortured in the depths of Jabba's Palace, helplessly being turned upside down and having his little robot feet burned I cried (on the inside).  Even today I am haunted by his voice synthesizers cries "No, nooo, nooooo".... 

Luckily for me, 5 minutes later I could have cared less about those little robots

I've been touched by many robots (haha), Johnny5, V.I.C.I. and most recently R.O.T.O.R.

I just need to say that the movie R.O.T.O.R. is one of thee BEST movies ever, hands down, it's amazing.  Here is review of the movie, in gets VERY in depth, but it is one of the greatest things I have ever read online, my blog included.  http://www.jabootu.com/rotor.htm

I love this movie so much my old computer at work as called "ROTOR", today I use "ROTOR2"

ANWAY... I am going to some how find/buy/build one of these little Sumobots and being fighting him or her around town.  I will hopefully be blogging about my little red robot in the near future.
